Our Story
Long before the surrounding streets became destination dining, Kam Hing was already a neighborhood fixture — a no-frills coffee shop where the espresso was pulled from an old machine and the egg tarts came out of the oven every morning at dawn.
The recipe book hasn't changed. The regulars have. Three generations of Chinatown families have passed through these doors, and the ritual remains the same: a hot cup, a fresh pastry, and a moment of quiet before the city pulls you back out.
